Doug Flutie, the greatest football player ever (besides Deion Sanders), retires!! Flutie played 22 years of Pro ball in the USFL(???), CFL and NFL. Best known for 3 things : 1st is his Hail Mary pass to give Boston College a 47 -45 victory over defending national champs Miami. 2nd is he was 5' 2" and excelled in a big man's game and 3rd and best of all - Flutie Flakes!
